context

The Volkswagen Research & Development team entrusted us with uncovering the actual needs and expectations of users when it comes to AI integration in their daily mobility life.

In this project, I had the privilege of leading a team of 3 talented individuals, fostering a collaborative and optimistic environment with a shared vision focused on user-centered design and efficient workflows. Based on comprehensive research, we developed three conceptual iterations, each of which was implemented in a prototype to assess the level of companionship the AI assistant could provide.
